Girlfriends Getaway

Want to get away from husbands, boyfriends and kids to be with your best friends? Come and stay with us for a two night stress-free getaway. Take time out of your busy schedule to laugh, play, relax and indulge. We can pamper you at our spa with facials, massage and reflexology. You can make the weekend as laid-back or as fun-packed as you want.

Apart from our Spa and great food, we have movies, games (ever played Kubb or Matchability), dancing, crafts and so much more. And English tea in the afternoon is always a delight. You can sit around in your bathrobe and watch movies, and be pampered or you can climb the highest peak in Maryland – your pick. We can even organize horseback riding, carriage rides, golf or lake activities.

We have kept the cost affordable at $345 per person (based on double occupancy - single supplement available)

This includes:

• 2 night stay in one of our suites at Haley Farm B&B
• Scrumptious gourmet breakfast each morning with Mimosas or sparkling juice
• A rejuvenating facial and a relaxing massage
• English Tea with cucumber sandwiches, scones and delicious cakes
• s'mores around the outdoor firepit (weather permitting)

The Girlfriends Getaway can be scheduled for any weekend or weekeday depending on availabiltiy. If you want to learn how to can food and make apple butter you may want to reserve around harvest time in August/September. Bobbi (our innkeeper) is an expert at both. If its cookies you want to make together, then you might want to come around December. There are so many possibilities - and it’s just a lot more fun with your girlfriends. Watch out for our art workshops coming in April 2010.
