Reflexology
If you love your feet being massaged, you will love this session devoted entirely to your feet. The session lasts about 45 minutes and begins with a gentle foot bath in scented hot water. Then the reflexologist gently massages your feet while applying pressure to different points (which are refernce points for organs in your body). It is a very soothing process.
